Standard Shipping: 8–18 working days (1–3 days processing + 7–15 days shipping)
Expedited Shipping: 4–10 working days (1–3 days processing + 3–7 days shipping)
Refund Processing Time
If your order hasn’t shipped, refunds will be processed within 1–5 working days.
If the order has shipped, refunds will be processed after our warehouse receives the returned items, which may take 7–14 days or longer.

We ship to Australia, Canada, the U.S., and worldwide.
Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Standard shipping: $10 for orders under $50.
Expedited shipping: $20 for orders under $50.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
After your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will become available within 24 hours.
Damage & Loss Liability
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged in transit, contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging materials.
