Can I change my delivery address?
You can only change the delivery address within the same country/region while your order is still in production. Log in to your account and click "Orders". You can find the order you want to change and edit the delivery address on the order details page. Once you submit the request, a ticket will be automatically generated and sent to our customer service team, who will then change the address for you. If you want to ship your order to another country/region, please contact [email protected] for details about shipping cost changes and logistics restrictions. Once your order is shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address.

We ship worldwide. When entering your delivery address, please select your destination from the drop-down list of our shipping countries/regions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping regions: Australia, Canada, US (United States), Rest of the World.
Free Shipping: Applies to orders of $50.00 and above (condition: payment of $50.00 or more)
Standard Delivery: Applies to orders from $0.01 to $49.99 (cost: $10.00)
Expedited Delivery: Applies to all orders (cost: $20.00)
Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Shipping Times
This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
Standard Delivery time: 7 - 15 working days
Expedited Delivery time: 3 - 7 working days
Our Return and Refund Process
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), please go to my account or contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item. We will usually refund the returned item(s) plus applicable taxes within 3 working days after we receive and confirm the returned package. Shipping fees (for both ordering and returning) are non-refundable. Please make sure all items are returned in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with the original tags attached. We will issue a full refund, including shipping costs, for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. Initiate a Return/Refund
To initiate a return request, you must first navigate to your order page.
Ordering via an Account:
Log in to your stationerypalld account and click on the order to go to your order page. If you encounter issues accessing your account, you may have used Guest Checkout.
Ordering via Guest Checkout:
Click on the order tracking link to pull up your order page.
If you can’t remember whether you ordered via an account or guest checkout, try the two instructions above. If neither works, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order details.

How to Place an Order?
To place an order:
Add the desired products and quantities to your shopping cart.
Click on the shopping cart icon.
Review your order and then click “CHECKOUT”.
Proceed to checkout as a guest or log in to your account to place the order.
Confirm your order details and click “CHECKOUT”.
When Will I Receive My Order?
After order verification, quality inspection, and packaging: All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days after placement. If there is a large volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Lost Items/Received Incorrect Items
As long as we are notified within 30 days of receipt and your request is confirmed, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping fees for lost or incorrectly shipped items.
Please apply for a return in your account or contact us directly for assistance with processing returns. We may not be able to process returns or issue full refunds after 30 days.
